Purchasing a Whole Lamb
Lambs can be reserved in spring for fall processing.
Whole lamb $5/lb of the hang weight plus cost of USDA processing (average cost $100-125).
Average weights for lamb hang weights is 45-75 pounds.
How do I place an order?
Send an e-mail request to Gracehavenfarming@gmail.com or use our contact page and someone will get back to you promptly to let you know availability.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a lamb.
Once lambs are ready for processing customers will be notified and given the opportunity to select cuts.
Meat must be picked up from the farm or from a central drop location on the day of pick up from the processor (unless other arrangements have been made).
Payment can be made via cash or credit card.
